All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below this value
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (if applicable)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real-time.
5. Packaging
All products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We prioritize safe, hygienic, and damage-resistant packaging, especially for cat essentials.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier partner delays
- High demand during sales or festivals
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Catbazaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
